Terms & Conditions

  1. The exhibition stall should be open from 10.00 AM to 9.30 PM every day for the public.
  2. If the allottee does not open the stall as mentioned above, the allottee will be blacklisted and the same stall will be allotted to next applicant on priority.
  3. After the completion of exhibition, no items will be allowed to be taken out of exhibition grounds without the gate pass. The stalls will have to be vacated within 3 days of completion of the exhibition.
  4. The gate pass for the movement of goods after the exhibition will be issued only after receiving No dues certificate from the competent authority regarding stall damages, electrical installation damages, electrical charges, Cleaning Charges, any other statutory payments payable.
  5. This provisional allotment is valid from 13-02-2018 to 28-02-2018 for a period of 15 days, if exhibition further continues, the allottee should pay pro rata rent and other taxes. Rent once paid by the allottee will not be returned under any circumstances.
  6. Each stall should have its name board in the following order – Kannada, Hindi & English Languages.
  7. Use of plastic carry bags in the exhibition premises is strictly prohibited. Stalls should be kept clean and waste should be put in the waste bins only.
  8. The stall allottees have to pay the revised taxes if revised by the Government.
  9. The stall allottees should follow rules of the exhibition; If the allottee violates the terms & conditions of exhibition committee, their allotment will be canceled, stall has to be vacated and stall rent will be forfeited.
  10. All the dues of the stall will be recovered as per the land revenue act.
  11. Under special circumstances, if the provisional allotment made by the committee is canceled, then the deposited amount will be returned to the allottee without any interest.
  12. If the allottee has already obtained GST registration/MSME Udyog Aadhar, a copy of the same should be given to exhibition committee.
  13. The allottee should take all statutory licenses/registrations from concerned authorities.
  14. Payment of rent amount does not guarantee the stall allotment. The decision of the committee is final and binding.
  15. The stall allotment will be canceled with immediate effect and the deposit amount will not be returned under any circumstances in the below scenarios –
    1. If the allottee is found to be cooking or selling any egg and/or non-vegetarian food.
    2. Selling of silk (made out of cocoon)/egg/non-vegetarian food/ products.
    3. Sale of any material/products made of leather (animal skin).
  16. All disputes are subject to Hassan District Jurisdiction.
  17. Corner & Prime Location Stalls – Double the charges payable for a normal stall.
  18. Free South Indian and North Indian food will be provided to devotees and visitors at the Bhojanashala by Shravanabelagola Jain Math.
  19. Sublease of stalls to others and sale of products other than mentioned in the application is strictly prohibited.
  20. Organizing games, gambling or any type of Gifts, cash prize awarding games are strictly prohibited in the exhibition grounds including amusement area.
